Vendor fee is $15 per 6 ft table. Vendors are actually renting a 6’x 6’ space with 1 table for each space so designated.
Vendor guidelines
Reservations will be accepted through February 15, 2019 or 100 tables sold, whichever comes first. Tables will not be rented after that date. No refunds of registration fee will be made unless the event is cancelled. Checks for table rentals will be made payable to the Friends of Jefferson Barracks. Vendors will be required to provide a list of names of workers.
Any firearm manufactured prior to January 1, 1899 may be bought, sold, or traded; however, it is the responsibility of the vendor to prove date of manufacture, if questions arise. Reproduction black powder muzzleloading firearms may be bought, sold, or traded, regardless of date of manufacture. Skins, feathers, etc. of endangered animals cannot be bought, sold, or traded.
The program will be open to representatives of all historical periods to sell or trade their goods, recruit for their organizations, book signings by authors, traditional crafters, etc.
